Fees and Terms

Session Fee — £100 (50 mins)

Payment — Fees are payable at the end of each appointment by cash, cheque or electronic bank transfer (BACS) (please ask for details).

Private Medical Insurance Members — Please contact your insurer to check that your condition is covered, the amount they will pay for each session, and the number of sessions they will cover. Insurance payments need to be pre-authorised by your insurance company before we meet; please agree this with your provider directly. Although your insurers will be paying, you remain responsible for any amount they do not pay. I am a recognised provider for the following insurance companies: BUPA, AXA PPP, Aviva, WPA, Pru Health, Vitality and Cigna. If your insurance provider is not listed here, then please contact me to discuss your situation. Please note that some insurers require a referral from a GP or psychiatrist.

Late Cancellations — I regret that I need to charge the full amount for sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, whatever the reason, as it is then difficult to offer the appointment to another client. No charge will be made when more than 48 hours notice is given.

Emergency Situations — I am not able to provide an emergency service. If you are in a crisis and require urgent attention, you should approach your GP or local Accident and Emergency service.
